What YHIP Is All About

Young Hospitality Investment Professionals (YHIP) was originally conceived in 2007 at the NYU Hotel Investment Conference upon observing an abundance of networking opportunities for seasoned industry professionals and a lack of events for younger professionals. Thus, YHIP was founded to create networking and professional development opportunities for the next generation of leaders in the hospitality industry.

 

Since its relaunch in 2011, YHIP provides career enhancement opportunities through the following:

 

Educational events: Industry panels and Icon Insight conference calls with senior industry leaders

 

Networking events:  Property tours and social gatherings to develop industry relationships

 

Job postings: Periodic job postings ranging from entry-level analyst to VP roles typically not available in public mediums
